What helped me, is that I rolled back to win 10 from win 11, and disabled every component in the iCloud app, then signed out, and deleted the device from my apple ID. It took them a couple of days in my case, but they got back to me with the answer that they see I have some extensions stuck from the previous version of windows on my pc.
